Orquídea Heels Lilac

I recently bought these in March 15th and they arrived in June 09. I am in California. I say this to gage how much you might wait. I was out of town for work so I didn't get to try them until June 15. When I tried them on they were really tight. I couldn't fit my whole foot in to the end, lowkey felt like Cinderella. I tried to see about their return policy and it said that I had until 5 days when they arrive for me to email them. I emailed them describing my situation and haven't heard back. Hoping to see if I can return them for a bigger size. I am a U.S. 7 so definitely size up. Other than that they are really beautiful and very well made. I wish I could wear them.
