1.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATIONS

Mexico (domestic orders):
•⁠  ⁠You may cancel your order within the first 2 hours after completing your purchase.
•⁠  ⁠After that time, we are unable to cancel, as the order moves into production or immediate preparation.

International:
•⁠  ⁠Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes after the purchase.
•⁠  ⁠After that period, the order enters export and international logistics and can no longer be cancelled.

 

2.⁠ ⁠RETURNS

Mexico:
•⁠  ⁠We accept returns and exchanges within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
•⁠  ⁠The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with tags attached, and in perfect condition.
•⁠  ⁠The client is responsible for the return shipping cost.

International:
•⁠  ⁠We do not accept returns because we do not offer international return labels and import costs back to Mexico are very high.
•⁠  ⁠However, in exceptional cases, if the international client agrees to fully cover the return shipping costs back to Mexico, we may evaluate the return request.
•⁠  ⁠Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those situations, Tissimum covers all associated costs.


3.⁠ ⁠SIZE EXCHANGES

Mexico:
•⁠  ⁠Size exchanges are allowed within 5 days after receiving your order.
•⁠  ⁠The client covers the shipping cost back to us, and Tissimum covers the new outbound shipping once the piece has been received and inspected.

International:
•⁠  ⁠We do accept size exchanges; however, the international client must cover:
– The shipping cost to return the item to Mexico.
– The shipping cost for the replacement item back to their country.
•⁠  ⁠The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
•⁠  ⁠Size exchanges do not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces.


4.⁠ ⁠CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

•⁠  ⁠There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges on personalized, custom, or made-to-measure pieces.
•⁠  ⁠Warranty only applies if the item arrives defective or with a workmanship error attributable to Tissimum.


5.⁠ ⁠DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Tissimum is fully responsible if your item arrives:
•⁠  ⁠Defective
•⁠  ⁠Torn or broken
•⁠  ⁠In the wrong size compared to what was ordered
•⁠  ⁠Missing from the shipment

In such cases:
•⁠  ⁠The client must notify us within 48 hours with photo and/or video.
•⁠  ⁠Tissimum will cover either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

 

6.⁠ ⁠EXCHANGES DUE TO COLOR OR PERSONAL PREFERENCE

•⁠  ⁠We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as:
– “It doesn’t look how I expected”
– “I don’t like the color”
– “It wasn’t what I imagined”

Exchanges only apply in cases of actual damage or sizing, under the conditions described above.

7.⁠ ⁠REFUNDS

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
– Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame.
– Verified defects in the garment or footwear.
– Incorrect product sent by mistake.

8.⁠ ⁠FABRICS, MATERIALS & INVENTORY

•⁠  ⁠Some fabrics, materials, and colors are limited edition.
•⁠  ⁠We cannot guarantee future availability for exchanges, reproductions, or restocks of the same piece.
