Orquidea Heels Rojo

I got a size 8 but it fits like a 7. I have petite feet so I was a bit surprised that it was so tight. Overall pretty shoes but I may not wear often. The front of the heels is pretty painful as well.

The heels are beautiful and they arrived in a timely manner however when I tried them on they were too small. I emailed Tissimum right away with all the information they required regarding a return. Their return policy states you must e-mail them initiating a return within 5 business days of receiving the product, today is now the 5th business day since receiving the heels. Not only did I e-mail them but I also submitted a form requesting they contact me through their website and I’ve yet to hear back from them. I was very happy to support a Mexican business and was ready to repurchase the heels in a bigger size. Due to the lack of customer service I was left disappointed in my purchase.

Upon receiving my package I truly fell in love with the silhouette of the shoe and it looked even better on! The red color is truly rich, and you can tell they were made well. The heel height is perfect and I have hopes that when I wear Them out they will be comfortable. The only thing I did notice while trying on in my home (hardwood floors) is that the heels did appear to be a bit slippery but I think It will be an easy fix for when I do finally wear them out.
